First Year Photo J Andrew Johnson gets some nice picture play in the Saturday Star

Loyalist College Photojournalism students have been working hard this week, covering the tragic events in Ottawa and the ripple effect of the ensuing stories and pictures. First Year student Andrew Johnson produced a very poignant photo of Canadians lining highway 401 on Friday, waiting their turn to pay tribute to Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, as the motorcade carrying his body made its way along the Highway of Heroes.  I think it gives every viewer  a tiny sliver of a glimpse into the perspective of the family and indeed the victim himself, on a day when many many Canadians were trying to do just that. Well shot. Well edited and well published.
 Nice work Andrew.Screen ShotAdamJ
